Went in to Dr. Rojas for simple torn minincus orthoscopic operation. Got out weeks later knee was extremely painful and swollen. Asked to see Rojas he showed me on xray where they had broken a bone and torn my left tendon. He said it happened during operation and I would have to wait weeks possibly months for them to heal. It now August 4 months later and I can't walk on my left leg. He does not care or offer any relief. He just says..give it time..meanwhile I have been crippled by him. Please everyone DO NOT use him...

Absolute worst medical clinic I've experienced anywhere. Ineptness, rudeness, disorganization, and a staff of liars abounds in that place. They tell you one thing, then claim they never said it even though you have it recorded. They ordered the wrong test. They put the wrong diagnosis code on another test which caused insurance to not cover. They have zero skills in customer service or communications. You're not a patient here; you are just an interruption in their day. Find a good orthopedic clinic because this is the worst.

This is my second experience with dr. Mcshane. Never had to wait long and office staff has always been efficient and accommodating. They also went above and beyond in helping me find an MRI facility that would take my CareCredit. Dr mcshane did a great job for both of my issues, I highly recommend him.

They mixed up my appointment, I sat and watched them take three people before me and this was after I told them and then they realized I was scheduled to the wrong doctor. One receptionist didn't know what the hell she was doing and the other who was training another worker was rude as hell. When you are not feeling well and come to doctor office to be taken care of, the workers should not aggravate you or may you feel worse. Don't come here, find another orthopedic surgeon. They are rude and unorganized.
