DO NOT USE!! After months of discussion to have PanLink be the International Customs Broker- they decided after my shipment arrived "they didn't want to complete". I already have paid them for 90% of the work and they literally left me stranded with no one to take my shipment through customs.
Staff where incompetent, rude and dismissive.
