I love working on people's energy and helping people discover what may be holding them back from experiencing all the joy life has to offer. I became a healer years ago without even realizing it. During this 1 hour private session you will remain fully clothed while lying on a comfortable lounge where crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments are placed on or near the body. The powerful vibrations stimulate the body to release stress and muscle tension, to restore its own harmony, to reawaken its regenerative capabilities, and shift you into a relaxed state being.
Reiki healing is a gentle, simple yet powerful treatment to heal, relax, and rejuvenate. Its purpose is to balance the Chakra's(the body's energy centers) so that energy flows unimpeded through the body! We receive energy from the food we eat and the air we breathe, earth, sea, rocks, plants, creatures, sun, and moon - our planet gives us the frequency of life force energy.
