Our agents are screened and selected from the most experienced and professional candidates. At that time, our agents are lead through a series of detailed trainings to become familiar with our systems, products, equipment and cleaning expectations. We believe that by making your environment as clean as it can possibly be, it will help establish and maintain higher standards of cleanliness for everyone.
A member from our cleaning professionals team will visit your business or residence to determine the current state of cleanliness. Based on a 15-point cleaning inspection checklist, a deep cleaning plan will be created to complete the task at hand and a baseline will be established for any future maintenance.
This 1st phase generally occurs after the framing, plumbing, and electrical have been inspected and completed. It may also include removal of large debris and trash, a general sweep out, and removal of stickers. This will help prepare for incoming painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry contractors.
