Water is the lifeblood of our manufacturing facility and when our well went down on a Saturday, we were dead in the water (no pun intended). Werner came out the same day and provided a temporary remedy that got us up and running, enough to continue production, until they could provide a permanent solution (we needed an electrician to do some work on the front end). In this day and age where lead times for parts are being pushed out further and further, Werner had the inventory to successfully complete the job and get us back to 100% production. Very happy customers!! We ran out of water in our house yesterday and after my husband and father in law tested everything we could, still no water. As soon as my husband contacted Scott, he said he would have someone come over first thing this morning. Nick and Mike came to our rescue!! They came over bright and early and were very professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do before they did it, and answered every question I had with ease. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. These guys put my mind at ease before they even showed up! I could not be more pleased with their customer service. Both Nick and Scott answered their phones in a timely manner and fit me right into their schedule. I had a terrible time with Kochers and was so relieved to have found these guys. I came home to no water and didnt know if it was my pressure switch, the wiring or the pump. I was recommended by a friend to call Scott up. Scott came within a half an hour to my home (he said he would be at my house in an hour and 15 mins, but got here way earlier).
He trouble shoot everything one by one and had a worker with him. He had to fix some wiring and replace my pump. He was very thorough/detailed. Showed me everything he was doing. Very professional!
