Auction items can usually be picked up at our offices located in picturesque Pueblo West, Colorado - also known as "God's Country" by the locals. For a limited number of sales, our auctions are conducted on-site so the pickup location may be different. In each case, the location will be noted in the auction information and in the winning bidder email sent to you after the event.

I have had a mixed experience with this auction house. I won some items that I received and were as described, however, I also won some jewelry items in another auction on their site that were significantly not as described. When I contacted 345auction, they told me to send them back for evaluation and a refund, which I did. However, I never received any further communication from them, despite several follow up attempts. After one month from the return delivery confirmation showing the items as delivered, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card in order to receive my money back. I

After the death of my father, I was overwhelmed with items that were a mixture of old collectibles and other items. We were promised so much at the start, which helped to alleviate some of the stress we were in the middle of with resolving his estate. We were told that the staff would keep us up to date, that they had an itemized list of the items that they took. We would call and try to reach someone for an update so that we could address the probate requirements-nobody would answer the phone, they would not return phone calls. I purchased A estate from 345 auction that belonged to a deceased person, automobile was represented to have title. 100 days later and I am still waiting. I have heard every excuse possable. Also when i was inspecting the garage and its contents. neil and georgia were loading some of the contents of the deceased persons equipment into thier own personal suv. feel free to contact 240-1151
