Josh and Jonathan arrived in the time frame they had arranged with us. They explained the process before they began and answered all our questions.They were very careful and conscientious as they moved from vent to vent. Our house is over 2000sq ft and they worked diligently for nearly 3 hours. They were very professional and respectful. We are more than satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. The price was more than fair for the amount of work and time involved.

What I requested was not something they do, however they were so kind to respond on a Sunday to give me guidance to be sure I went to the right place to accomplish my goal, at the best value and to not be taken advantage of! So glad that I went with this company after having another one come out who did a bait and switch and tried to upsell me ! these guys were quick efficient had a really great special going on through home advisor's and I couldn't be happier Sean was our technician he was very knowledgeable courteous and efficient I would highly recommend this business to anyone Needing to get their air ducts cleaned. they come into Orange County also. use home advisor's to get a really good coupon again you won't be disappointed.

Today 1-27-2020 I had Air Duct Professionals clean all air vents, dryer vent and the furnace. Sean and his coworker arrived on time. Sean asked me to walk the house and count air vents, we counted 17 vents. Sean then asked where is the attic crawl door , furance and dryer. Equipment they used was a shop vac and a commercial shop vac that is connected to this large tube with a cleaning head. All vent covers were removed, cleaned and put back after they clean it with the tube. All air filters were replaced with new filters. Sean recommend the air ducts be cleaned 2-3 years and the dryer vent

I called Air dust professional. Ed responded quickly and answered all my questions and helped me with my dryer. Next day he send his tech guy( TJ) to do the work. TJ was explaining everything and super honest to help me save a few hundred dollars. We contacted the air duct professionals to clean our ducts. We have an older house and purchased it 2 years ago. I am sure that the ducts had never been cleaned. I requested a quote and received a message from the owner within an hour, he gave me a quote and we set up an appointment. On the date of our appointment I received a message 30 minutes ahead of Sean's (the tech) arrival. He arrived at the time he stated he would. He was very professional and also very respectful of my home. He throughly explained what he would be doing and what I could expect. The entire process did take 2 hours

I am really pleased to write a review for this company. The young man came on time looked over each item I wanted done. My air ducts and dryer vent were throughly cleaned. I do have a gas fireplace but didn't need to clean it The price was very reasonable and you would never have known he was there. Thank you so much I breathe easier and feel safer knowing it was done.
