What an amazing company... Darrow Heating and Cooling was the ONLY a/c company that actually answered the phone, they gave me a same day appointment, they kept me informed on their arrival and got my a/c back on for a very low price. Darrow Heating and Air dispatched two guys who were so extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail what our 103 year old home needed to be more energy efficient AND referred us to some local contractors to help us reach our goal. I would and will refer Darrow to my family and friends in a heartbreat.

Was recommended by family. I gave Chad a call due to air conditioning problems, he was very quick on coming out to check out the unit. Upon checking out my unit Chad informed me that my heat exchanger had rust holes causing potential harm of carbon monoxide poisoning. We had just recently bought this house and had no idea the home inspection didn’t catch it. With that being said we sat down looked at some options then I purchased a new unit then scheduled him to come back and replace our 30 year old unit. The guys came out a week later and installed our brand new unit they were quick and professional
