Robbie was very knowledgeable and professional! He was friendly/personable and inspected/treated our house as if it was his own. He was very thorough and informative, answered questions and addressed any concerns.He is a local, Owner-Operator business which we like. He understands Florida conditions and pest issues. We had a rodent problem and called Robby. He made sure to make time so could he get out to see us that day to east my wife’s mind! Robby came out helped me find what was going on, Robby then advised me on what to do and didn’t even charge me for his time and knowledge. We caught the rodent. Robby was always available for questions and would come by the house and help. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends and family!! All the reviews about Robby are accurate! He responded to a call we had about some new "visitors" to our home. With all the COVID craziness, he was very accommodating and sensitive to the situation. He came by and did an initial inspection around the house and in the attic and did not charge us for his time. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and told us what we needed to do in the interim. He is very personable and responsive to all of your questions. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Robby has been taking care of my home (new construction) for just about a year now. From first conversation to present, he has been great to work with. His communication is second to none. I always know when it is time for my quarterly treatment by both e-mail and a courtesy call, as well as a post-service invoice e-mailed to keep for my records.
