Continually turned away from them for work even though clean drug test background and Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon but yet the job i Continually apply for is still available at 17.04 hr? They hire kids all day but not qualified adults

I actually did not contact the recruiter, I had posted my resume on an online job search website and Melissa from the Eugene office found my resume in her search for candidates for them. It was a good call - my contract was bought out by my new employer within one month. Everyone at the Eugene office was helpful and courteous, and I would absolutely recommend my family, friends, and business acquaintances to Personnel Source in Eugene. 😁

I applied and within the week was called in for an interview. Megan was very professional and kind. She hooked me up with an interview for the next day. I interviewed at that office and was informed I had gotten the job by the end of the day. They pay on time as long as you get your time card in. I am very pleased with my experience with Personnel Source. I've been given three opportunities so far to be hired on full time. The first place was So Delicious. I asked for a new assignment after they sent me home three days in a row because the machines broke down. The second was Paktech. I was so close to being hired on but the stress and some other personal things going on kinda ended that. I wasn't happy with they way they let me go but whatever, PS got me another job almost immediately with Superior Steel and I'm pretty happy here. If you are a woman I do not recommend this agency for you at all. They do not care for their contractors, they only see them as revenue. I worked at two different locations for them and was exposed to harassment every day from supervisors and co workers, which was crushing since I struggle with depression. I tried telling my recruiter Jose about all the harassment but he just waved it off and eventually stopped helping me find a job. I believe that contractors deserve the same respect as permanent employees, we're people too.

This is by far the most professional employment agency I have tried. My recruiter was Grace, and she has kept in touch throughout both jobs I have had through them. She sends me cards and congratulates me when I get a pay increase. She is really attentive; I recommend this agency to anyone needing a job.
