Our company has been working with Diane and her team for over two years now and our experience has been exceptional. The RAM team is an extension of my business in that I email someone on the team and they take care of the request without my intervention and in most cases immediately.

I have been with this company for more than 8 years and it has been lovely because of Brenda! She responds quickly and is very patient with me because I always ask so many questions and she always has the answers! If by any means she doesn’t know the answer, she will go out of her way to find it and then call me back right away. Her customer service is truly spectacular!!
