Steve is hard to deal with. I like to support local and small business but have tried to work with Steve several times. He sells you wrong parts then won't take them back. He sells ome parts for a reason. He has the book to look up the parts you requested. If he sells you the wrong parts because he was careless he should take them back. I would highly recommend going anywhere but this place. I will just order parts online from now on.

Great friendly service from Steve, Jason and the team, passionate about their craft and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
Had an electrical fault, called them up, when the road side diagnosis didnt sort it, they asked where are you ? , ok.. Will be there shortly, steve showed up and had the fault found in minutes, put me back on the road , i thanked him, he said its ok " this is my life and the way we do things"
went out of their way ensure i was back on the road ..

They worked with me so well to close a deal. Took me for a test drive around town so I didn't get lost. Even setup a time outside of business hours for me to pick up my purchased vehicle. What more could you ask for?! Great place to go to with excellent service.
UPDATE 2020: I have now bought my second bike through them and i had an even better experience than before. These guys are really passionate about getting you the right bike. So friendly and easy to work with. Steve and jason are great. Again with a great test drive and friendly service, i doubt ill ever buy a bike anywhere else.

After 1 month of owning my Honda one of the battery terminals broke off. I called Honda and they insisted to give me a brand new battery for free! This dealer is the best around. HIGHLY recommend Honda of Beloit

Horrible customer service! They refused to repair a safety recall issued by Honda....I called them 2x..and Steve told me.."Yeah the recall is dangerous, but we aren't gonna fix it, find another Honda dealer" Never dealt with this company before, I was warned about them thou..now I see..- Ill spend my $$$$$$$$ somewhere else. Oh and by the way...the recall repair took another Honda dealer 8 minutes and 22 seconds to repair-

Jason rocks! We came here looking for a new ATV and we found it. The customer service was far beyond expectation. Jason and Steve were great to work with. We had a slight issue after picking our ATV up; Jason came in on his day off with Steve and fixed the issue. We highly recommend going to Beloit Honda for your Honda needs.

If you are in southern Wisconsin or northern Illinois and have a Honda motorcycle, Beloit honda is your destination for service and repair. I brought in my 1984 Honda Nighthawk 700 and received FIVE STAR service on each step of the way. It wasn't running when I brought it in, and now it runs like it's brand new. Steve is incredibly friendly and helpful, and took me step by step through the process required to fix my bike. He came in on time and under budget.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Metropolitan scooter to use near the marina where I have my boat in a slip. Jason in the Sales Department was very professional, easy to work with, and made the entire experience great! The owner wanted to meet me, and he was very pleasant and professional as well! For Sales, Service and Support I think Beloit Honda is excellent! I would go there again for any new purchases.
