From our first meeting with Casey Watson he listened to exactly what we were hoping to achieve and the end result exceeded all expectations. We hired Exquisite and did not know what to expect since we had not had a pool constructed before. If you watch those TV shows where the pool is permitted and constructed in 6 weeks...forget about that, that is not reality. Expect the construction to take 8+ months as there are 96 separate phases in the build process. Then there is the weather, temperature, employees personal life/health, and a limited pool of skilled talent in the Deland area to draw upon. My husband and I are building a home and Butch has been working with us designing a new pool for it. Butch is a pleasure to work... he returns our calls in a timely manner, he is always professional when dealing with us, and he is extremely talented. The pool design that he created looks like an artist designed it. When the pool is completed, I will take some pictures to show you the final results. This is an excellent company. Casey, the owner, has shown great character and integrity through this process. The quality of the project exceeded our expectations. It's absolutely beautiful. Every member of Casey's staff were respectful and courteous, as well as gifted artisans. It's summer and its a busy season for pool companies, but the wait is worth it.

To start out I was told the “all employees” are Exquisite Pool employee’s NOT SUB CONTRACTORS. I had three quote and went the Exquisite pools solely for that reason. That was a total F’ing lie.
Next Major issue. You pay up front of each phase of the project. I get it they probably have been stiffed. So, I took another leap of faith and signed the contract knowing I was paying for services up front and not when services are rendered.
Next issue. The sales person crossed out the 10 Weeks on the contact and said it can be done in 6-7 weeks. Very encouraging but you done have a leg to stand

I saved for years to build the pool of my dreams, so choosing the right pool company was extremely important. I made the right decision! Not only did the owner, Casey, come to me and help me create that pool, he and Exquisite Pools continue to stand behind their creation and products. Our pool is now two years old and they are always a phone call away, even for simple questions about chemicals or pool settings. Our pool, thanks to Casey, has become the center of all of our family and friends' events and the centerpiece of our home. He took the vision that I had and made it a reality!

If you wish to be ignored this is the place for you. They put my pool and patio roof in my back yard last year and i now have two huge leaks in the patio ceiling. It took half a day to get them to AGREE to fix the pore workmanship. And now they have stood me up twice after they said they would be out to fix it. This is not looking good folks.
