Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. I was hesitant in starting back with Chiropractic care as I had a bad experience years ago. My husband RAVES about Dr. Ferguson and her team so I decided to give them a try! I'm so grateful that I did! In the past, I've experienced a more "rough" approach. Dr. Ferguson takes her time to get to know you and exactly what the problem is. With me, she recommended that I see her massage therapist (they have multiple people) to get loose then she'd adjust me. Well this has now been my new normal!! I was in such pain i could barely walk when i entered the office. Sitting and then attempting to stand out of the question. Today was my third visit and i am almost 100%. I am a physically fit, healthy and athletic person in her late 60's. However for some time I had been experiencing chronic lower back pain which I think is part of normal aging and somewhat due to a fairly rigorous weight training schedule.
