Our shared ride airport shuttle is our most popular way to travel to and from Boston area airports. Flight Line Inc. is a ground transportation company that services Boston Logan Airport, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH, Black Falcon Pier Terminal and South Station. We service over 100 towns in and around northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, along with the southernmost towns in Maine.

Our service runs 24 hours a day, 363 days a year. We offer shared van service to the Boston Logan airport, BOS. We also provide private van service to both airports, Black Falcon Pier, and South Station. The Logan shared van service arrives at the airport in Boston every hour on the hour, by advanced reservation.
Services
In his own travels to and from Boston Logan Airport, he experienced first hand the frustration of driving in city traffic, the expense of gasoline and parking, and the wear and tear commuting had on his automobile. He set out to provide a service to the public that would do away with those concerns.
There are multiple ways of getting to Boston Logan Airport (BOS) via Flight Line. The most economical and lowest fares are through our Park & Ride Service. Starting at the price equal to one day of Boston Logan Airport parking ($30), you can get a ride from the Andover Park & Ride or Andover La Quinta Inn.
Shared Ride Shuttle Service is available between Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) and Boston Logan Airport (BOS). Vans depart MHT every hour on the half hour and arrive at Logan 90 minutes later. Logan Airport to MHT vans leave every 30 minutes and arrive at MHT 90 minutes later. Advanced Reservations required for this Shared Van Service.
There are multiple ways of getting to South Station via Flight Line. The most economical and lowest fares are through our Park & Ride Service. This service would ONLY take you to Logan Airport and would drop you off at any terminal to use the MBTA Silver Line. It would be your responsibility to get yourself to your destination from there.
Direct Ride Service is the most enjoyable way to travel between Boston Logan Airport, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, Black Falcon Cruise Terminal, South Station, Portsmouth Int'l Airport and your home, office or hotel. You choose the pick up time, and we do the rest. This service provides you a private van to pick you up and give you a direct ride to your destination at what ever time is most convenient for you.

The day before my international flight arrived in Boston, I booked a ride with Flight Line - that process was easy (reason for the 2nd star). When I arrived, I received a text to let the driver know when I had my luggage - I'm thinking this is great. Then I walk to the area where the driver is suppose to be after texting that I had my bags and he's not there. I then called him and he said he messed up and he was waiting for me at my house, not at the airport!!! I live an hour away. He said he could come get me but it would take awhile.

Ride down to Boston was great, ride back was hell. They were suppose to pick us up at 3:00 p.m. it is 4 o’clock and we’re still waiting for people to board. This guy Bill had no clue what he was doing. He kept going through our names 5 times, didn’t know who he was picking up. I would never recommend this again.

This company has significantly changed over the past year. Will never take again after a recent experience and used to use regularly.
On the outbound the car they sent was too small. The driver was very nice and accommodating but the car was way too small for the number of bags I had booked.
On the way back, the driver was 45 minutes late and again, the car was too small. He was also extremely rude.
We used to always get a van and there was plenty of room, but now they are just using regular 4-door cars.

I’ve used Flight Line in the past, and the service was always prompt and predictable. I didn’t worry about getting to or from the airport because I knew the shared van would be waiting for me in a timely manner.
The company was bought out in the last couple years. I’m not sure if that contributed to my recent poor experience, but both my pickups were about 40 minutes behind schedule. (Based on prior responses from the owner, it seems I’ll get a reply from them saying I’m wrong. I’m not.) This was more of an annoyance coming home from the airport, but when you’re going to the airport

Did not have a good experience. Was on a shared flightline van that is only supposed to stop at park and rides and bus stations, as specified when booking, this is why you pay the cheaper price. Instead, a group gets in the van, and we drive them out of the way to their house. The driver wasn't sure how to get to their address, adding even more time to the drive. This ended up adding about 45 min extra to the trip. Wouldn't have minded if we made stops along the way to drop others off at specified stops but you're supposed to pay more if you're driven to your house in a flightline. This was unfair

Our experience with Flight Line overall was pleasant! We were picked up at my house about 10 minutes earlier than the time we indicated which I was honestly perfectly fine with; I'd rather be early than late! Our driver was very nice, but he was very chatty to the point that he missed the turn to get to the highway from my house not once but twice. He was talking and got distracted. When I tried to tell him the direction he was going was to the exit which is one exit further north than we needed to be (we were going to Logan, so therefore south) he told me he did not want to go to the closer

Not worth it. Uber is cheaper and you don't have to deal with the hassle of sharing. Booked flightline after returning from an International flight of over 20 hours. Last time we had a better experience. Had to wait for the shuttle. Arrived 10 minutes after we requested and spent 40 minutes going through every terminal after picking us up. A trip home which takes 45 minutes took 2 hours. Would not recommend. Uber Comfort price $93. Flightline charged me $116. Why would I pay more for more delay and hassles.

Highly recommended. First time customer. Driver, Jim, was prompt, professional, friendly, and communicated clearly about number of stops along the way to Logan (1), and number of passengers to be on the shuttle. Shuttle was very clean and well maintained. Safely arrived at Logan from S.NH in under 50 minutes while having the opportunity to complete some work. Round trip cost was very reasonable.

This is a great alternative to the bus from NH - especially if your flight leaves early. We had an early flight from Logan for Christmas travel. Flightline was on time and delivered us as promised with plenty of time for our flight. We considered having them pick us up at our house but found their price was much more affordable if you agree to a park and ride. Worked great.

I always use Flightline when I’m heading to or from Logan. I’ve always had great experiences. The drivers are always on time (actually, they’re always early, which is great) and extremely professional. Typically I travel home from Logan alone at night and every driver I’ve ever had waits for me to get into my car and makes sure it starts before driving away. As a female getting dropped off at a park and ride right off of 93, I greatly appreciate this. Additionally, I took a red eye home last night and landed in Boston this morning. Great trip from BOS to Nashua with my 3 small children. Driver was in place even though my plane arrived 30 minutes early. She was very patient with my hyper kids and professional. Will use them again next time I need a shuttle.

Flight in at 7:30 pm, flightline arrives at 9:30 and has 2 more stops to make in airport. Not my best experience.
I see your response, and I understand your trying to make it sound better than the actual events. However, you have not represented what transpired.
I have no desire to argue, just relating my experience with the shared van so that others can make appropriate decisions regarding shared vans.
By the way, the ride to the airport was also not as planned. Although i received a call from the service stating they would be 30 minutes later than originnally stated, the call was very last

Are you kidding? My flight got cancelled from LA back to Manchester, NH due to NorEaster March 12-13. Could only get a flight to Boston on the 14th. Booked flight line to get us back to Manchester. We were so psyched when we got to airport at 9 a,m. to learn there were 2 seats that opened up on flight to Manchester. I called Flight Line immediately to cancel our transport for a flight due in at 10 p.m.. Seems due to time change we were not within 12 hrs window. Cost us $89 to NOT use them. That sucks! Thanks for nothing.......

These people are scam artists and rip-off agents. Don't use them. Had a scheduled shared van. Guy pulls up has two of us standing there. Our destinations were in complete different opposite directions to travel. Give him my name he says I'm not on his van. Then he calls office and they said to just take me to the other place and then they'll send another van to get me. It would have taken me 3 hours to get home. Almost 2 hours longer than was quoted when I made the reservation. However they miraculously came up with another van if I wanted to pay the extra money for a private shuttle

Theo representatives just hung up on me 5 times while I was trying to get my pre-reserved shuttle from the airport to my office. I landed and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait (already long), then when I called back to confirm after 20 minutes, they said they had no idea how long it would be and that it was my fault for my flight arriving 20 minutes early. Not sure how my arrival time matters when they were initially able to give me a 30 minute estimate, but when I expressed dissatisfaction they told me there was nothing they could do, there was nobody in the office who could help, and

What a scam. They got me! I booked and paid for round trip. Confirmed all the flight info before flight. It is there business to know your flight info .I never had to or was told I have contact with them by email while on vacation to confirm. He (same person always) said that because my flight came in after midnight (its a scam). I gave them wrong day info. flt left ORL 940 PM arrived 1225 PM. Does this even make sense NO because its a scam. I again confirmed with them 2 times. Would not pick us up until we paid ANOTHER FULL FARE. Which of course we did cuz we were STRANDED. Would not give

I have used this service about 6 times and never had an issue and only really used them for very early flight or late evening flights. All my rides were shared and the most I had at one time were 2 people. Drivers were friendly so I would use again. Now if Lyft and Uber were allowed at Logan airport that would be even better but overall I had a good experience.

I've used this company multiple times, but will definitely no longer. Customer service post trip was terrible. I reserved and cancelled (within 20 minutes of initial reservation) a round trip to Logan. The owner of the company told me they charge a cancellation fee for each leg of the trip ($7 per), which I was not informed of when cancelling, for a total of $14 for one round trip. After appealing for refund based on the grounds that I had used the company many times in the past, cancelled in a very reasonable amount of time (it was weeks before departure), and it was a round trip versus two

I arrived from a trip in rural Costa Rica at 1 AM and was driven to NH...

This ride was the most uncomfortable that I felt on my entire trip.

The driver asked me FOUR (!??!) times if we could 'hang out sometime'. I was alone in the van with him, and it was well after midnight. I am a young girl, and I was travelling alone. Again, after two weeks alone in rural Latin America I was most uncomfortable back in the US with what I believed to be an esteemed company.

I have tried multiple times to contact customer service at Flightline, with the hopes of keeping others from finding

I would not recommend that you use Flight Line's services unless you are 100% sure that your travel plans will not change. They have a very inflexible cancellation/refund policy which requires you to provide at least 12 hours of advance notice for a cancellation. If you do not adhere to this policy, they will charge you 50% of the reservation amount, no exceptions. 12 hours is a lot of lead time when you're flying and have no control over last minute changes that inevitably come up like weather, air traffic delays, and flight cancellations.
