We had interviewed three other quality builders who appeared to build a good house and on the surface seemed lower cost than H2. Our decision to build with H2 was the right one as the building process was a pleasure. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. The people we dealt with at H2 were the ultimate professionals and really nice people.
As a multiple property owner and member, Todd Hawk appreciates first-hand the Palmetto Bluff lifestyle. Since 2006 H2 Builders has been constructing custom homes throughout Palmetto Bluff and in 2017 built their first Idea Home at 7 Bells Park North, which was voted the 2nd best large, luxury kitchen in the nation at the 2019 NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath) Design Competition in Las Vegas.

After meeting with H2 Builders last summer, and they had taken info on what I wanted for my renovation, and my delivering a survey that cost me over $1,200.00 they never ever called me back or answered any of my emails. Very unprofessional. I have had friends who had the same type of thing happen to them with H2. Good luck if you use them

H2 builders built my mother in law's house in Windmill Harbor and did a superb job. It was a beautiful home, built to her specifications, AND it was affordable. They were super responsive to what she wanted and made the whole process really easy. The attention to detail was unbelievable and the folks there were so nice and easy to work with. We recently had to sell this house, and it sold in 2 weeks in this current market because everyone locally knows the quality of an H2 home.
