HACI Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is one of the five largest commercial HVAC contractors in Arizona. Over the past 25 years, HACI has specialized in design-build/design-assist construction projects. We strive to develop the most cost effective HVAC system possible without sacrificing quality workmanship.

Our manufacturing and office facilities are located on 3 acres in North - Central Phoenix. Our 30,000 square foot automated manufacturing facility allows us to produce an average of 1.25 million pounds of fabricated duct work per year for distribution to projects in the state of Arizona. With our manufacturing and storage capabilities we are able to prove "on-time" material deliveries to preserve the project schedule.
Services
HACI Mechanical Inc. employs two on-site OSHA 500 trainers to provide safety training based on each individual's unique duties. These trainers provide jobsite inspections and monitor changes within the safety community to keep HACI up to date on new safety requirements. This ensures HACI operates safe jobsites and that the company's safety goals are met.
At HACI, Design Coordination begins with our Pre-Construction Team and continues throughout the project. Our Pre Construction Team works closely with other trades to ensure full integration and space allocation within the structure, while maintaining your project's desired Architectural vision. HACI Mechanical offers fully integrated in-house CAD and coordination services utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks software.
HACI Mechanical Contractors continues to offer the exceptional mechanical equipment and system installation for a wide variety of projects throughout Arizona as we have done since 1972. Our projects include new construction, additions, tenant improvements, remodels, and energy retrofit. We can provide full service "turn-key" mechanical installations for your projects ranging in size from $500 to $15 million.
HACI's Plumbing division was added in 2010. Complementing our existing sheet metal and piping divisions, this addition completed HACI's transition to a full-service Mechanical Contracting firm. HACI currently offers HVAC plumbing services ranging from estimating through to installation and warranty service.
HACI offers full HVAC piping capabilities from estimating the project through installation and warranty work. We have an extensive pipe pre-fabrication area at our facility, allowing greater flexibility and quicker jobsite installations. HACI maintains a staff of certified welders to install project piping correctly and efficiently.

Critical: Professionalism
Driver unsafe and not courteous. Almost ran me off the road because I wasn't driving fast enough for him. I do a lot of business with HVAC in the east valley and definitely will never call these folks.

This company fails to follow safety measures to protect its employees while on the job. None of the shop workers wear a hard hat nor get the daily safety training on how to PREVENT accidents from happening!

I have been a superintendent for a commercial general contractor in the valley for the last 23 years. During this time I have work with many mechanical/piping subcontractors. HACI has proven to be a solid, reliable and highly competent partner on every job we have been done together. People like this are rare and their team is exceptional. Highly recommend this crew of professionals.
