I don't understand the complaints about Healthfirst, this is an amazing company. My representative Jennifer was great!

I was on their Auto ship program for ages and During COVID noticed that in one year they sent me 4 EpiPens (2 adult and 2 juniors) with close expiration dates. I don’t know if they buy medication on the grey market!? But sending me an Rx in May that expires in November is a no go. Customer service was useless and I had no choice but to drop this awful company and service.

Was unaware that an epi pen I would be receiving would cost $373 after tax. Yes they sent an email stating a shipment for an epi pen would be received due to the previous one expiring, which I understand, however the price was not in the email. Once the item is shipped there is nothing that can be done "per FDA." I called customer support and there is nothing that can be done.
Edit: I placed an order for my initial emergency kit and it took months before I received it. This was due to Covid and reduced staffing I am assuming. Because of the delay and me having a kit for a couple months and shortly

NO stars! Do not use this company!! We just received a fraudulent package of meds with an invoice for $378 which we never ordered. The invoice was addressed to an entity that no longer exists, our general hospital number (no direct line), Attention "Receiving", (no department), and a physician's name that could have been found anywhere. Fortunately UPS was accommodating and will return it to the sender.

Horrible experience with this company. Scammers! They force their replenishments on you which we NEVER ASKED FOR. They just sent us meds and $178 bill. When I called to request return label and CANCEL all services, they said I was placed on automatic auto-ship, but still had to pay the fee. Then they charged me a finance charge over 30 days late while I was trying to get this issue sorted out. UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. Will report to Better Business Bureau and WA State Attorney General.

So far, we haven't gotten any response from their email support and the phone # wasn't any more helpful. I was put on hold and no one from the "cancellation team" ever picked up the line. We have requested NO auto shipment and to cancel our account, but they went ahead and mailed us more medication that we never ordered or would never use in our practice! Very frustrating!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Their prices are definitely very high and some of the medications they sent had expiration dates of 6 months. I called the manufacturer and the meds they were shipping had much longer shelf life. They would not let me cancel my order. Non-refundable... they offered to credit me once time for the albuterol inhaler since it was expiring in a few months and when I let my staff finish the call they only credited me with half. I will not use them again and I will call the ADA about not endorsing them.

Completely unethical business practice. Wish I read the reviews everywhere online. Stay Away!
We ordered an Emergency Medical Kit from this company at an astronomical price over $700 for a pretty basic Kit and most of the medication they sent us expires within a few months. We typically order a new KIT every 2 years and this has never happened with other companies in the past. I called the company asking to return the Kit for a refund and the supervisor Demetrius kept giving different irrelevant excuses; that the FDA prevents them from taking the medication back or that the manufacturers since

Do not use this company. Prices are marked up. They send out almost expired medications and push lots of stuff you dont really need in most dental settings. SHelf life of midazolam is 3YEARS, i just recieved my replenishment from health first and it expires in december, 10months. Same with my newly arrived epinephine pens, i am told i need to replace them in december, 10months when it should be almost 18. This company is a big scam

AVOID Them!!!! Their Emergency Medical Kits Meds Refills are 442% marked up from RETAIL (not wholesale) non-insurance/cash prices! Got a surprise (non-returnable) refill delivered today for 2 generic epi auto-injectors, an albuterol inhaler, and 2 ammonia inhalants and a whopping $721 invoice! "ADA Endorsed" makes me lose faith in the ADA for endorsing this company. Do yourself a huge favor and just go to your local CVS and have them keep your meds updated and pay 442% less. (CVS epi auto-injectors are $56 as an example).
