Brad did a nice job for waterproofing my 2nd floor balcony. I had several assessments from other roofing, waterproofing and deck companies but they could not provide a good solution. Brad suggested a reliable waterproofing process at a reasonable cost. I had to postpone the waterproofing part of the project several times because the delay in getting underlying deck work done by other companies.
