Due to the harbor being busy, please allow for adequate time to find parking. Free parking can usually be found in the lot across from Joe's Crab Shack through the tunnel; however, if the tunnel is blocked off, please enter through the back way. When booking your reservation with Marine Mammal Checks, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Fantastic. Whenever I have out of state company we tend to go out on the ocean. This is the first time I have used Oceanside Adventures. They were great. We had a wonderful time. It didn't hurt that we came upon 3 whales that decided to swim under and around the boat. The captain turned off the engines and we sat there enjoying it. It was great to hear the enthusiasm in the captains voice. Great time.

In the most treacherous ocean waves that we hit about 5 minutes in to the cruise, the captain should have turned back and have given the families and kids that needed to get off the opportunity to do so. Instead, they kept pushing on and 20 out of the 30 people on the boat were throwing up the entire time. To top it all, I saw 0 animals. Can’t say much for the customer service either. I understand that this level of waves is not common but the choices were not well made today and while I can’t blame the crew for us not seeing any animals, I am giving these guys a 1 star for the approach they

We took a dolphin and whale watching tour this Sunday during our anniversary trip to Oceanside.
We got discounted tickets at the Visitor Center and the ladies over there booked it for us and gave me a cool tote (you can get one w. Yelp check in). I got a confirmation email from Oceanside Adventures right away. I also called their office and they were very nice and together and went over a few things.
They have 2 tours daily at Noon and another one at 2 pm. We took the Noon one, you have to check in at the Harbor 30 min - 45 min. ahead at their cute kiosk. Nice, easy process. We had a decent number

My family had a great time on this boat. The first day we didn’t see anything but they gave us our tickets back and we used them the next day. We couldn’t believe how many dolphins we saw that next day. They whole staff was friendly and helpful in finding dolphins and more. Make sure to sit at the front of the boat!

Did a 2hr whale watch tour with my brother, sister in-law, and my nephews. No whales..... BUT we did see a super pod dolphins that were active, jumping and fun to watch. It was pretty special. So glad I had the day off. I would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone who loves seeing animals in the natural habitat.

I booked the boat for a sea burial service for my Dad and was very happy with the service. I called a few times with questions pertaining to the ash scattering permits and floral recommendations. Their customer service was excellent. Right before the ceremony we came across a dolphin pod that none our family even expected to see. It really lightened the mood. The people working on the boat were very kind and helpful. They helped us connect our phone to their bluetooth to play our music through their speakers and gave us the coordinates of where we scattered the ashes. It was a perfect way for our

Such a fantastic experience! The day started overcast and cloudy and we were wondering about visibility but we saw a record number of pods of common dolphins. Estimated there must've been hundreds. The captain and the crew were professional and gracious. It was all in all a lovely experience and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

I was very disappointed in my family's experience with Oceanside Adventures. The confirmation email says to call if you're having trouble or running late but they really don't care. They won't reschedule, wait, or refund. It was our fault we did not leave time for unexpected traffic in Temecula but they left my husband on the dock (after I called ahead and told the worker on the boat he'd be about 3 minutes late). :(

I cannot recommend this tour enough, my husband and I live nearby and we've had so much fun being on the water and even seeing dolphins, whales and seals up close. We've done this tour a few times when people visit and we plan to go again before we move! The staff is friendly and always on the look out for sightings. Don't think twice just book and enjoy!

We saw hundreds of dolphins! Saw Sea Lions too! They swam under the front of the boat! They were racing us and squeaking! Capt.Chris was amazing! He was so incredibly knowledgeable about every creature we encountered, even those we didn't! No whales this trip but I will be back. I would recommend to buy your tickets online, show up 30 mins early, and get the bench at the very front of the boat. Beer/soda/snacks available to purchase. Bathroom onboard. Family friendly.

A sunny day on the ocean can't be beat! This company is new to me and maybe O'side. Compared to the old local company this place seems less respectful of the ocean. No refreshments on board - just race out to sea , hang out with the wildlife, and race back. The price and times are great (two hours, totally doable). I found the sound system annoying - too loud and scratchy and the narrator spoke too fast - silence would have been better. The speed of the boat was fun, but seemed cavalier among the wildlife. No whales but a large frolicking dolphin pod provided plenty of entertainment

Really great trip. Saw sea lions, seals, pelicans, a whale, a sunfish, and many dolphins. Staff on boat very professional. They saved my vacation when the Whale watching tour next door cancelled on us. Will come again next time I come to cali. Don't forget to bring cash for bar and especially for TIP. 💸

OMG I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! Chris and Cindy took us out Wednesday to follow (at a respectful distance) a pod of FIVE grey whales! It was a glorious day we will never forget. It was our 2nd time with Oceanside Adventures; this time we brought my sister-in-law and niece. They adored it! We loved being close enough to HEAR these magnificent creatures as they were breathing (in set rhythms), fluking, diving, repeating. Chris explained it as we went. Cindy fished two metallic balloons out of the water to prevent whale injury/death...she said that was 5 total balloons for the day

I’ve been living in Oceanside for over 5 years now and I’ve enjoyed my experiences while whale-watching with Oceanside Adventures.
I’ve been out on the ocean on 3 separate trips and each one was a pleasure.
On my very first trip, I was fortunate enough to see dolphins, seals and some whales.
This was such an awesome adventure being able to witness such massively majestic creatures breach in their own habitat.
The crew know their craft and have good experience with sea creatures and I like all the fun facts and knowledge gained on these trips.
