I got a flat tire on my Troy Bilt Ride On mower. Getting repair work done on a ride-on mower in Delaware without getting ripped off is difficult. Unfortunately, this vendor is not the solution.
I picked up a replacement wheel myself, but couldn't install it myself (being an awful mechanic). So I just needed the new wheel swapped in and also figured to get the oil changed, the spark plugs replaced and the air filter replaced while they had the mower at their shop.
The round trip pickup for the my house located about 10 minutes from the shop was $90. The total bill came

I like this place, but I think I made my last purchase there. Went in this morning to buy a new zero turn. Walked around their show room for about 20 minutes and not a single person came to see if I needed help. Every register had a representative at it. One customer besides me. So I went over to Burke equipment and bought my zero turn there. Wasn’t even looking 60 seconds before someone helped me. How it should be, especially when you got a pocket full of money. Apparently they have enough business there, so they didn’t need mine.

I purchased a Toro lawn mower from Suburban Lawn Equipment about a year ago. I
was very hesitant to purchase from there because I thought I could get a better price
from the Home Depot. But I was able to get a deal on a slightly used Toro (used once
and returned) from Suburban.
This year I had a problem with the lawn mower. The third time using it this season, it
stopped working. I took it back to Suburban expecting I would not get it back for 2 - 3
weeks. As he was entering my information for the claim ticket, he asked me a question
regarding whether the gas I used was new or old. He then
was very hesitant to purchase from there because I thought I could get a better price

Very clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and give prompt service. I went in for some parts to clean and tune up my riding mower and they suggested a few more items I would have otherwise forgot about. Usually go in about 3-4 times a spring/summer and they've always been good if not great.

If you're not a Contractor spending $25,000 stay the hell out of this place. They treat residential customers like you're bothering them. Been there on 3 different occasions and it was the same every single time. Today was the final straw. I walked in there looking to spend upwards of $1000 on 3 new pieces of equipment and got the same $hitty attitude from 2 different people I talked to. I was looking for a new lawn tractor and had a idea on what i wanted. I purchased one of my first tractors from Suburban Lawn 20 yrs ago. Travis went over different options for what i will use it for. After many choices he recommended to me the XT2 46 EFI. I never owned a fuel injected lawn tractor, and Travis assured me this would be the best choice and also a very reliable tractor, after it was delivered and i got to use it, this tractor is awesome! im so glad Travis guided me the right way. if you never tried a fuel injected tractor, check out the cub cadet! such a great machine! thank you Travis

Dear Tony, Greg, Ruth and Shop Guys . . . . .
Please accept our sincere thanks and appreciation for your assistance with our generator on Saturday, March 3rd. My wife and I both had the flu and we lost power on Friday evening during that horrible Nor'easter. Our generator failed and we spent a cold night in our home.
On Friday I called and spoke with Greg who encouraged me to bring it in to the shop, which I did with my neighbor's help.
