Center Collision is an independently owned family Business started by Kevin & Debbie House in 1995. I have been in the Automotive Industry since graduating in 1982 from Franklin Pierce High School. In the beginning the business was started as a hobby by working out of my garage at home in my spare time while working part-time at United Parcel Service.

I came in to have a bumper scrape fixed. The front office was communicative and friendly, they had my car back to me quickly and the work looks phenomenal. Absolutely amazed. I would absolutely return to this place.

I was in an accident, fed up and frustrated with the insurance company, this auto body shop kept my sanity .They got my car in fast, I was updated twice a week(due to parts shortages and covid it took a while). It's a family run business which is also something I love supporting. I came to pick my car up today, it was clean and detailed inside and out. I would highly recommend City Center Collision for the quality work you want for any of your car repairs. Jared and Jaelyn were awesome! Our experience started with Jared! He was very professional and most importantly honest. He shared important information that even the insurance company didn't bring up once. He deemed our vehicle unsafe to drive and from there he started his work. Center Collision exceeded all of my expectations! This was my first time ever being in an accident and having to deal with everything can be very stressful. They made the experience easy and manageable. They were great at answering all of my questions and communicating what was going on with my car. They even finished before I was expecting them too! I found this shop on Google. They are super nice and friendly. They are really efficient and have great communication on the status of your vehicle too. The lady at the front desk is awesome (Jay Lynn is her name I believe) and the manager is really good too! They handled everything with my rental and I got my car back cleaner than I have ever seen it in my life!!! It was cleaner than when I bought it! This place is really great 👍

This place is AMAZING! From submitting my damage online with pictures, a very rapid response with estimate, and the easiest scheduling, this place has it down! I’ve not ever seen such a seamless system in the auto industry before! The staff are just as awesome, answered all my questions (without it feeling like I was bugging them) and were so friendly! They even washed my baby inside and out! They have gained a customer for life, and I recommend them now to everyone I know!

I have had 2 vandalisms/ break ins this year.. The first one was months prior & I wasn't feeling the vibe of where I got my quote.... my insurance gave me a check & I kept researching..I don't trust alot of people & if the vibe is off ITS OFF. Fast forward I had a break in & safelite told me 4 weeks so I scheduled & they called me the day before stating it'll probably up to 2 months!!!! ..it already been a month to get my window fixed. Last week my sunroof on my Infiniti shattered. I called the local dealer to get a quote. $2,500. What?!
I called Center Collision and they gave me an estimate of $1,250. Still ouch. Then Darren suggested a used sunroof.
I picked up my car today. The used glass looks as good as the original. Total price $403.00. Wow. Thanks!!

This is not a family friendly shop. I have seen both the estimators Darin and the general manager Jared be very disrespectful to me and my family. I will no longer bring my family or friends here. Save yourself the fake smile and handshake at the door. Go find a different shop.
Their rates are the most expensive in town not to mention their extras they add in to raise the cost even more. Verify prices around town and you will see.

This body shop provides great customer service! I didn't have an appointment and was ready to go back on a later date, and they managed to fit me into their schedule right away. Jared evaluated the damage of my car. He walked me through all the parts affected and the options (and price as I inquired) to fix them. When I shared my budget and that I may not keep the car for very long, Jared offered his honest opinion with my interest in mind, instead of pushing me to get all the replacement. I feel as a newcomer to Washington State, a review like mine would make a difference. We recently moved to WA from Hawaii. Unfortunately, we hit a raccoon on the I-5 and needed to find a trustworthy shop to fix our car. Being from Hawaii all you hear are horror stories about car shops in the mainland. So of course I was skeptical. My insurance company advised me to use one of their trusted shops. So I came on Yelp to look at their "trusted shops" and see what kind of reviews and ratings they had. I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I love my car, but the design style has the front bumper very very low to the ground. I scraped my car pretty severely on a curb. These were not scratches, this was something that I was sure that the bumper would need replacement.
Upon my arrival last Monday for an estimate, I found out that they could save my bumper. I brought it in on the 14th to drop it off, and it was ready this afternoon. When I looked at it, I carefully scrutinized the work, but I couldn't tell there was ever any damage. It looked like the day I drove it home from the dealership brand new

This place is a class act! Somebody sideswiped my parked car and trashed my driver side mirror. Center Collision hooked me up. They tracked down replacement parts for an excellent price and charged totally reasonable labor costs. Outstanding customer service all around. They made it easy to drop the car off off outside of regular business hours. And they even comped me a carwash! This was simply one of the best auto repair experiences of my life.

Very pleased with my experience at center collision. I brought my car here with with several dents & scratches around the car & also needed a new passenger side mirror. I received a few quotes before deciding to go to with center collision.
They were able to pop out the dents & buff out the scratches instead of replacing the door. The paint matched perfect. They quoted me fairly & were able to fix everything under that quote with no addition costs.
They provided a rental car for $10/day & went above & beyond in their customer service.

I can't say better things about the team at center collision. They are prompt, kind, understanding and do a fantastic job. They make sure everything is done perfectly and were more than willing to accommodate my budget. In very very stressful situations the team at center collision are so helpful. Took my car into get a door swapped out due to it being broken and sagging.
They mounted the new door, and aligned. Everything on that side looks and works like new!
Customer service was excellent and very friendly. They were able to give me a ride to the rental company which saved me about 30 minutes or more, of my time.

So long story short, these guys are awesome. Went all around Tacoma/University Place, toting around an infant (which isn't easy) getting quotes on what I needed to do & how I should go about fixing the bumper of our Durango (I had bumped into a trailer hitch)..this place was by far the best. Some places said they HAD to replace the entire bumper and grill quoting me about $1500-2300!!! The gentleman that helped me was honest and gave me options on how to fix it. I ended up taking the Durango here to get the bumper pulled out and the sides pushed back in. They did a great job and stuck

These guys are pro! They took care of my wife's brand-new BMW, color matched it to perfection and provided a loaner car too. You expect good service with these sorts of repairs but a lifetime warranty? That is terrific. I will be bringing all of my dings and repairs here from now on.

I got into a car accident about a month ago and went to these guys for yelp..best choice ever!
Where to begin, after calling and speaking to Kevin I immediately dropped my car off and received the best news ( they had a loaner car I could use while my car was in the shop). Taking into consideration that I am 22 years old, regardless of how good of a deal I would get with a car rental I would not be able to avoid the $25-30 daily fee for being under the age of 25. So already these guys

I purchased a full detail Groupon from Center Collision. Dropped the car off in the morning and was told I'd be called when the car was finished. At about 4 PM I called to ask if it was done yet and was told oh yeah, it's done, guess we forgot to call and let you know. Not what I'd expect from a company trying to impress me and get my business again.
The detail job is so-so. Granted, it is a minivan so lots of surface area to cover, but there are several places where wax did not get buffed off (mainly in the cracks between body panels and also on the black bumper protector). There
