Darlington Ridge condominium association is nestled in the heart of Mahwah Township located in Historic Bergen County, New Jersey on 16 acres of land and set in a quiet and serene environment. The association's recreational amenities include two tennis courts, pickleball court, a heated swimming pool, and a playground for our younger residents, as well as a clubhouse intended for the sole use of the community's residents and their guests.
Darlington Ridge has a safety program where on alternating years, Chimney inspection/cleaning or Dryer vent cleaning is required by all units. Information will be provided to all homeowners by mid-October for the 2021 safety program. We're All here for the same reason - to be sure our property stays well managed, maintained and financed properly.

The following is a summary of general information and rules for Darlington Ridge homeowners. For the complete text of the rules and regulations see your detailed copy of the "Rules, Regulations and Resolutions" which was distributed to each homeowner, and upon resale or rental should be transferred to the new owner or tenant.
Every other year beginning in 2006 fireplaces must be inspected and if necessary they must be cleaned. Proof of inspection must be provide to the Association office. Washing machine hoses can fail catastrophically even if, when inspected, they show no signs of wear. They should be replaced every 2 years with braided, reinforced, hoses.
