We had a leak at our furnace vent pipe. Two other reputable (?) companies gave us quotes of $800 and $1000. Josh came, took a look and made an $8 repair. He didn't even charge me and says to watch the area at the next storm. He says even if they were to need to come back for a more extensive fix it would run under $500. They are a small honest company that just appreciates good word of mouth. I am very glad I gave them a try.

As I mentioned in my previous review from 2016, I would use them again.
With all the recent hail in this area, my roof needed to be replaced. So I called Soukup Roofing again as I said I would and the results were nearly identical to the last time. They were very kind and explained everything and answered my questions without hesitation. Everyone I have dealt with has been so nice. From the person I spoke with on the phone initially, to the actual roofers, to the estimator (Josh) to the final inspection (Justin). It seems to be a hallmark of this company. Not to mention they take great pride

Very professional service, from first estimate to final inspection. All workers were polite and did their jobs well. One worker was assigned to continually keep the work site clean. Six months later, no leaks or need to call them back for any follow-up service. I am happy to pay my good money for such excellent service.

I'm impressed with Soukup's operation. They quickly responded to emails and phone calls; getting my inspection set up was a breeze. Since my request fell in with the other many thousands of San Antonians who needed roof repairs during the summer of 2016, they were open and honest about my timeline. I got a regular email stating that I wasn't forgotten and that I was on their list. When the time came for the roof replacement, they were in and out in less than a day. Cleanup was spotless.
