Over the many years I've been a member, I have always found the staff to be prompt and courteous. The Loan Department, in particular, has always gone the extra mile to make sure the process was smooth and timely.

Let me say I have been with this credit union for many years. I have had the outmost respect for those who have worked with me and never had an issue until today! This has been the worst experience in the past 30+years as a member of the credit union! I had fraudulent activity on my card and because I know the person doesn’t mean they had permission to use my account which is why I took the steps I needed to to fight it! However the case is still open at first the credit union credited my account, then today called to tell me they were taking their money back and treated me like I am in the wrong

There isn't anything that has come up that the credit union couldn't handle for us. A great group of people.

Pretty horrible every time I go. They got rid of the ATM (which makes no sense whatsoever). The coin machine is also always broken. The last 4 times I went in, it was broken. When I asked a teller to count it for me, she acted like it wasn't her problem. Really? It is not my fault the coin machine isn't working literally every time I go. Your job as a bank is to count my money. I just wanted to trade my change in. It seems like I have an experience like this every time I go. I will be closing my account very shortly and switching to a bank that actually values my business.
