Curtis did my home inspection 4 years ago. I just went under contract on my home & wow, so much was missed on my inspection. NONE of the electrical was wired correctly. I’m having to replace all of it! The PSI was so high it caused my water heater to leak, I’m having to replace the entire water heater now because the pressure being 2 times the limit wasn’t caught. My home was a flip so all of this had been freshly done & should have easily been seen.

Mr. McClure was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, wore his mask and sanitized his hands. I had several questions as I am a 1st time homebuyer. He answered every question in full detail without hesitation. He also made arrangements for my termite CL100 to be taken care of which I was totally impressed with their services as well. I can not thank him enough for his services. He is very thorough with his work and takes his time! He is very knowledgeable and will make sure that you're well informed about your property needs. Horrible experience. Multiples issues on the report that we’re really non issues. Like a fully functional garage door he stated it was not safe and I later Showed a video proving otherwise. Stated that vapor retarders were not visible when this is a slab house and impossible to be seen because they are placed after concrete is poured and the list goes on. He has made this experience a nightmare. Not recommended very uneducated on newer homes.

Curtis left an email at around 11pm that he had to back out of a commitment we had made the prior week to inspect a house on Monday. We promptly responded to the email by calling Curtis saying that my brother and my father had both taken off work to oversee the inspection of the house my brother was looking to buy. My dad works in Atlanta and Curtis responds by saying he cannot do the inspection anymore because of "bad traffic in Greenville". This is after my brother and dad had already both taken off work and my dad drove from Atlanta to Greenville. We rent a house in Greenville and have two brothers
