I am so grateful to Joel and his mom for taking such great care of us during my husbands cremation. We are new to the area and they treated us with so much dignity and support through the most difficult time. They were so kind and compassionate, I was able to be with my husband until the last minutes of his journey and that gave me such comfort by letting us all be there with him. Joel especially had so much patients with me and my requests. I would highly recommend Davis Watkins.

It's more than a year later, and I continue to be grateful for the way Davis-Watkins supported me through such a difficult time. I love the free daily emails with inspiration and grief support. This whole experience has made me assess the way our society views death. It doesn't have to be a negative experience, and healing is a lifelong journey. If I didn't live so far away, I would stop by to say hello to these lovely folks.

While they were kind and professional. I didn’t appreciate the guilt trip and hard pressure sales tactics. They insisted we had to embalm, not true if you have a closed casket service. They insisted we had to order their casket and vault, even though we ordered ours from Costco. When we insisted we were doing it anyway, we were told we had to have it delivered 3 days before the services, We were told it would likely be damaged in shipping, and we were taking a big risk for not ordering it from them. Costco was $1000 for the casket, they were charging $4900. Costco charged $1300 for the vault

Davis-Watkins was phenomenal during a time of great loss for our family and friends. Heather and Travis were courteous, efficient, and respectful - and made our father's cremation special. I highly recommend their services.

Travis & staff provided more care & concern than I could have ever imagined during the passing of our loved one. He was very patient & addressed every question & concern that was presented.

Even though the circumstances that bring one here are not good, all of the staff here is great. From picking up the body, through the consultation and advising on options, to the service itself, everyone here was very kind, compassionate, respectful and helpful. The customer service was very personal and never felt pushy or sales like. They were very accepting of changes that were made after the initial decisions. Their customer service is very prompt and courteous. The facility is very nice and professional.

I feel compelled to share the great care we experienced with Davis Watkins in the arrangement of my mother's funeral. Travis was kind and patient as he guided us and answered all of our questions. This is a sensitive time and entrusting the coordination of the service to Davis Watkins was a great decision. The facility is comfortable and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Also, the video they created for the memorial service was just perfect. It exceeded our expectations especially because the photos we had were not the best quality. I highly recommend DW at this difficult time.

I can not express how kind and thoughtful this staff was, they relieved a lot of stress for me and made my daughters funeral so meaningful, I can not thank them enough for my last goodbye to my beautiful daughter, they went above and beyond my wildest expectations. The wonderful staff at Davis-Watkins took excellent care of me and my family. My father passed last week. He had made arrangements with Davis-Watkins. The kind, caring and supportive staff at this facility made the planning and event seamless.The staff were all very comforting and extremely professional. These folks are exceptional! Seamless transition from notification of death to final respects. Travis and his staff attend to every family member and accommodate every request and concern to the best of their abilities, thus relieving the family of additional stress and anxiety about funeral/cremation/memorial details.
