Such a great experience with them, highly recommend doctored locks! Quickly responded to any questions I had! This is my first time getting dreads and I was unsure of a few things, I called and emailed to ask a few questions and the staff went above and beyond. So kind!! Super helpful and patient and the quality of the synthetic dreads is tops. Just beautiful products. Can't say enough good things.

Like always, very satisfied with my locks. Got them installed yesterday and they turned out beautifully! Such a confidence boost and breath of fresh air since i deal with chronic depression and self image issues.. The pink is quite florescent and very pigmented and blends gorgeously with the black.. I spoke with Jolene during this whole process and she was lovely and very friendly! She deserves a pay raise!! The candy is always appreciated which I've always felt it's like a little kiss from the company. While in the salon yesterday, many of the beauticians had nothing but awesome things to say

I love the nano hair extensions. I have fine hair with little density (which I love) and these blend beautifully without adding a lot of density. No one can tell I have them in.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. They were out of stock of my regular hair so I called for assistance. They directed me to buy a different line which was twice the price and told me that it would be the same texture and match my previous orders, it didn't match at all. I spent double the amount on the hair, knowing that since they told me it work, that it would. Well, it didn't, and I didn't have any extra hair so I had to use it. Now they won't refund me or offer any solutions.

Amazing customer service!!! They even took the time to email me pictures of different colors. It was my first time ordering hair on line and everyone I spoke to was so incredible helpful. The quality of the hair is fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would highly recomond Doctored Locks!!!

Well I rate their hand tied extensions 5 stars.
But their Clip ins are definitely not at a 5! Spent 200 dollars. Couldn't even wear all the clip in pieces because the clips were faulty. They were nice enough to exchange them for different ones. But same problem persists and they just gave me about 8 clips to sew on myself. I buy a lot of "real hair" extension's & they are not cheap. But definitely not happy with their Clip ins. But their hand tied,tape ins, micro bead extensions are worth getting!

Melinda is transphobic and thinks by doing trans peoples' hair, that makes her an expert on us, and then proceeds to shame us for getting healthcare, and tells us we have mental illnesses. I'm guessing her shop would be the same. I'd sure hate it if I went there and was disappointed by the quality of her hair and then be labeled as mentally ill because of it.

I went in looking for some guidance on non-damaging extension products for a teenager. They were very helpful and very nice. Great local business with a great website for the extension ignorant.

The owner sources and creates the very best quality articles available. Doctored Locks provides both online and in person education and it would be a bargain at twice the price. They know the industry inside out and backwards. The synthetic braiding hair that they offer comes in so many beautiful and unusual colors. You can offer each client hair that is as unique as their fingerprint. The staff in the store is friendly and super helpful, the store is beautiful

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was fast. Text capability with the business is super handy but all in all I have had my synthetic dreads in for less then 24 hrs and they are unraveling. Super bummed. I am going to have to take them out and reseal all of them. The price was low so I didn't expect anything super incredible but I definitely didn't expect them to come apart like this. They were literally just twisted and sealed. Nothing was done to "loc" the dreads (back combing etc...) Really really bummed.

I order 16" Bohyme silk gold hair exstensions, and I got my order 2 days ago. I went ahead and started sewing my clips into them, and then I put them in my head. I went to style them FOR THE FIRST TIME, I used low-medium heat and as soon as the heat touched them, they melted and frizzled up. I AM LIVID, and just wasted ALOT OF MONEY

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in the last shipment that i received from DoctoredLocks. My hair feels like cheap synthetic fake hair. They are not willing to fix their mistake and replace my hair. I just wasted $300 for crappy hair. I would not recommend tbis company to anyone its a waste of money

I've been purchasing my hair extensions from Doctered Locks for about 3 years. They have really great products at affordable prices. I usually order online, but since I was in town I wanted to check out their showroom.

The staff there is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The showroom is beautiful. They have everything you'll need to get your hair looking amazing.
