Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I came through on 1/30/22. The wash was very poor quality and left streaks on my car. It also resulted in my passenger mirror being broken. I immediately returned and asked to speak with someone, and I was told they can't do anything about it since my car is more than 8 years old.

You know every car you see around FOCO that is kinda clean on the hood and sides, yet filthy on the tailgate was washed at Firehouse. Not sure how a carwash manages to miss 25% of every car through the wash? Ask them to fix it? They will tell you it was your fault...your car was TOO dirty...huh, I came to the car WASH because my car was DIRTY.

Great car wash unless the car ahead of you gets tire shine and then it sprays that oily tire shine all over the driver's side (driver's side only) wheels, tires, and lower rocker panel area on the car behind it too. So frustrating. I know I can ask to go back through the car wash but doing that doesn't get all of that stuff off my wheels/tires/car. I have to go to a manual spray car wash, power wash with degreaser, and then come back to run my car through the wash again ...and hope the car in front of me again didn't order tire shine with their wash.

I am updating my rating , I have been using this carwash since they open, and I can tell you that the customer service has been deteriorating lately. I was there on Saturday late afternoon/evening, I have had a full day of outdoor activities with my kids and dogs, and needed a car wash but mostly a vacuum. I went thru the carwash , and wentbi approached the vaccums I was told that they were about to shut down for the day and that I could not use them. I let the person know that it was something important to me and the main reason why I came, all he said was "nothing I can do". Then I said that
