Have always used this company for my cleaning supplies and when I have needed to rent cleaning machines for different jobs. VERY impressed by their customer service! We were sent to Great Western due to a warranty repair on our equipment. Never spent a dollar there before yet they went ABOVE and beyond, picked up the machine, delivered the machine and even gave us free product. We've spent tens of thousands at another store nearby and never were treated like that. We will definitely be giving Great Western more of our business. Mike and mark and all the guys @ Great Western Sanitary Supply on Slater in HB, have been awesome. I've been getting some of my supplies for my cleaning company the specialist complete carpet care for the last 10 years. These guys are great. They are super helpful and always nice!!!
