Absolute JUNK. My employer has had far too many issues with this brand and switched to a different manufacture. These trucks have had far too many issues during and after warranty. The HVAC in these trucks is very unreliable at our facility. Despite sharing the same engine and transmission maker on the other brand we switched to, the DEF system and emissions has been nothing but VERY costly and problematic on these Kalimar Ottawa T2 trucks.

Todd Williams. You are so right. My company just bought 9. 8 out 9 just broke rear axle bolt. One truck had only two out four bolts holding. All 9 trucks bought same time. Ottawa claims it's driver abuse. Air conditioner doing same. And what about the way the front springs have big gaps between leafs. How long till these break. Makes me want to scrape made in America sticker off side June the nineth out of mine trucks just broke bolts holding back axle in place. AC still a joke. You would think spending over a million in truck sales you could count on customer support. We had one truck delivered
