Garage door quit working. I called 3, one came out next day and recommended to replace a door! Then next one’s mailbox is full and couldn’t even leave a message. So I called Aragon. Shortly after a service pro called. He listened and said he could come now(9 pm). Since we had trash day, decided to fix it to prevent unwanted guests in garage. About 10:15 pm , he came, joined by his brother and fixed the door. Removing parts, replaced drums and cables, and by 11:30 pm door was functional again. His charge was reasonable and he was knowledgeable and prompt. Wore a mask, too. Thank you for coming

My 4 year old locked us out of the car yesterday. I tried to get in to no avail and ended up calling Paragon- they quoted me $65-145 to get back in and that they would be there in 20 minutes. Perfect. So I waited out in the sun (with 3 small children) for 1 hour and fifteen minutes- no locksmith and no phone call.
