Even the GOALS can be different in seeking help from a Marriage Counselor (Psychotherapist) and / or Couples Coach. And YES, you can avail both. Marriage Counselor (Psychotherapists) attend to issues even relating to mental health if that is in play in relationship crisis. If not diagnosed, you may just seek Relationship Coaching.

Alishba was WONDERFUL. She really counsels from the approach we ALL need: honest, direct, and insightful, while still being empathetic and mindful. She won't leave you there to figure out everything on your own with just "leading questions" like a lot of counseling approaches do. Alishba is a very understanding life coach. One of her good qualities is, she is an excellent listener . She gives you proper time and attention that you need . I had a really great experience working with her even when I was falling behind she would pull be back and put be right back on track. Very motivational and inspiring personality. She went above and beyond to resolve my issues. She never gave up on my goals and success. I feel very obliged to her and also her team is really amazing and helpful. I have been going through a lot of stress which was causing me to have panic attacks. Alishba was a very good listener. She truly cared about me and what I was going through. I felt so positive after talking to you. I didn't feel even once that i am talking to a coach, it was just as talking to my friend. I am glad that you gave me your time, and explained me every bit of my issue through real life examples and stories. I got more courage to get out of this.
