John always does right by me; he's even bent over backwards to service old equipment for me when it required digging into the boneyard--which many folks won't do because it's labor and time consumptive.
I had an old Jiffy (30 years plus) that had habitual problems due to worn points and condensers. John put installed a newer coil system and she purrs like a kitten.
A skilled craftsman who knows his trade in and out.

Dropped an auger off last March (it’s now February) that needed to be fixed, after getting no calls for 8 months, we started asking when we could expect it. The answer was always “next week” or “pretty soon “. After waiting for this scumbag for a whole year, I decided to ask for it back, only to be handed a box of random pieces that didn’t even belong to my auger. He had lost the entire auger bit as well as the gas’s tank and other various pieces. Now I have a box full of scrap metal that can’t be repaired. John is a downright scumbag. I would never bring him anything to fix ever

John has been so up front and was able to get my lawn tractor working great. He even came and got the tractor a second time when a fuse blew and it would not start. He did not charge me for the second visit. I would recommend O'Neill's to everyone who need work on lawn equipment.
