My family and I enjoyed every minute that we were/are here (writing this review from outside the cabin lol). The reservation process was fairly easy. Price was affordable. The cabin is clean and stocked with utensils, pots, pans, linen, etc. It was a short drive to Mesa Verde National Park. And best of all, our cabin is right on the Dolores River. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and we will be vacationing here again in the future.

This place is a hidden gem!😎 Right on the river. Has around 10-12 motel rms. About the same for rv spots, And maybe 5-6 cabins. Great little big place. The owner seem nice and ready to address any concerns 🙂 motel rooms are old, but they are exceptionally clean and work well. Great Spot! Thank You for the reviving stay✌️💛💪🇱🇷

After three wonderful nights of sustained silence, I award the staff my appreciation for being receptive and understanding to my impaired ability and the chance to accomplish a bunch of business proposals. I recommend this quiet little cabin in the (not so wooded) woods to anyone whom wants to just chill back... And find their headspace. Thank you all.
