The issues we had were related to the pick up time. Our pick up is on Friday’s but often times the bins will sit out there without pick up for 1-2 days later. It’s frustrating because in winter especially the plow will knock over the cans and garbage will be all over the driveway. The other issue was having bags set next to the can because can was full and those weren’t picked up. Have used the company for over a year, and it’s time for a change!

I worked for this company, the owner will manipulate and use you. They under pay and over work you. Syracuse haulers cuts corners all the time, safety is not on their priority list. I recommend staying away from this company whether you’re looking for a job or a service.

Thank you soooo much!!! We appreciate you all so much!!!! We love Syracuse Haulers! We should of got this years ago! It was always a pain for my husband to to have to go to the dump because he works weekends! This has been amazing and a life saver for us for the past couple years!! For us, it’s worth every penny!!! Damaged my recycling can, called them multiple times and was told they would call me back, never did. I finally got to someone who gave me an email address to send pictures of the damage to and they never got back to me after 2 more attempts I gave up. I get the feeling they do not care because the town pays them for the trash pickup and not me directly. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

The owner discriminates against people with disabilities. He informed my friend that due to simply having diabetes he would not hire him because he would be in a wheelchair by the time he was 37.
I tried contacting HR and was hung up on than I spoke with HR to be treated rudely.

Inconsistent with pick up times. Customers should not have to leave the trash receptacle out for over a day when pickup is Tuesday morning. Watched recycle guys just chucking bins back in driveway like they were almost intent on breaking them - also leaving garbage receptacles in the middle of the driveway and open to rain so homeowner has to dump out a gallon of water when they come home from a 12 hour shift (NOT NICE!). No handling with care. No respect for peoples things. Level of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired!
