The driver tried to take advantage of my parents. I had booked the ride online. I noticed that three minutes into the ride I got an email saying the ride was over. Can driver turned off the meter and then asked for a way higher fare than estimated. Not before claiming he was lost and my mom was smart enough to have on google maps so she told him that she knew they were not lost. To let them out.

After being misquoted a fare on the phone from a living person (a feat requiring FAR more than most people in a hurry can bear while maintaining a good attitude), I was met by a driver who never seemed to have even HEARD of good manners, much less practice them. Before any pleasantries (ha!) or even business could be discussed, I was shouted at about having a mask, then brusquely told exactly where in the cab to sit. Ordered a cab for pick up at 6:30 am.
No cab
Called them.
First, the person answering the phone denied any reservation. When I gave him the confirmed reservation number. He said I entered it wrong (it wasn't). When I told him, that it wasn't wrong, he canceled the reservation and banned me.
Lol- banned from an incompetent taxicab service.
The Lyft arrived 10 minutes later at exactly half the price.
Do not use this service to or from the airport. Totally unreliable.

It was snowing heavily and I wanted to get to the airport. Called the day before to see if cabs would be running and was assured they would be. I was told to call an hour in advance. The next day, I called an hour and a half in advance only to find there was a three hour wait for cabs. The woman who answered was absolutely unintelligible and all I could understand was "three hours." I don't believe Yellow cabs were really running at that time as I never saw one on the way to the airport in my own car. You cannot depend on this company if you have a plane to catch.

Little Rock has a single Cab company servicing the area. They are undependable ..even when calling from the nicest hotel in town, ..we waited an hour on 2 occasions this last weekend...they never showed. Little Rock has a nice night life and cabs keep drinkers from driving. There will be a new one soon.
All i can say is that on Sunday night at the Peabody Hotel, no cab responded and the same on Thursday night from another location. Visitors needing a dependable ride better Hire Ski, the Limo Guy like we did on Friday night..otherwise you are left standing in the cold. victim of whatever comes
