Felts Lock & Alarm has served the tri-state's security needs for over 80 years. Established in 1934 by Paul H. Felts and his wife Rose. The company was started as a hobby and operated part time during those early years. Paul works for the Chrysler Corporation and felts lock until Chrysler's departure from Evansville in the 1950s.
The lock shop continue to grow but remained a mom-and-pop operation until his death in 1973. William L Felts entered the business after the death of his father in 1973. Previously an industrial engineer with a canvas manufacturer and native of southern Indiana with no experience in the lock industry.

Amazing customer service!!! We needed our lock replaced on our front deadbolt and he installed it, rekeyed all of the locks on our whole house so we only need one key for them all and even fixed a few little details he noticed weren’t right! Great attention to detail, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful!!! Definitely would Recommend and will always use!!!!

My husband and I were there today and had a set of jeep keys to be cut and programmed. The same big tall guy with long hair, we saw cleaning their windows outside when we arrived at the place is the one who helped us.
