If I could give negative stars I would! We had the unfortunate experience dealing with this demolition company not by choice when they were hired to demo the house next to ours. The work crew didn't know what they were doing at all and tried knocking down a tree unprofessionally which landed on our home electricity wiring knocking out our power for a couple days and on one of our cars that was sitting in our driveway. This was quite stressful as I was greatly concerned about a fire hazard for me and my retired husband whom occupy the residence. The owner Jessica Govea came out with all apologies

Jessica and her team did an outstanding job! They deconstructed a redwood garage, and were able to recycle over 90% of it. The job was completed in the time they committed to for a very reasonable price. Jessica and her team left with the garage gone and no mess. She was a real joy to deal with through project. I would definitely recommend her and her team!

We hit the moon and stars with Golden State H&D. Interviewed 3 companies before choosing Jessica to demo our in-ground pool. Selected her because of experience and clear explanation of entire job. She handled entire permitting process and arranged soil engineer-major tasks given these times. Strengths: honesty, integrity, punctual, competence, responsive, great problem solver and communicator. Weaknesses: 0. We remain real fans and glad to recommend (even to my brother-in-law).

Golden State came within 24 hours of my phone call to them. Jessica was easy to talk to and understood my needs. She gave me options and a quote and arranged my clean up within hours. She and her partner were quick, efficient and did a thorough job in clean up. They got the job done in quick time and i was very very happy with the results. i happily am going to refer them to my neighbors and friends.
