I cannot recommend Paul Tran highly enough! Paul works with you to make sure you are comfortable with all decisions and then he goes into action! Paul continued to try to make things as easy as he could for me going through the selling process.
Paul is an excellent communicator and explains everything thoroughly and then updates you every step of the way. He went so far as to schedule the handyman and grout cleansers just so I did not have to be bothered with it.
His photographer was incredible and the pictures and video of my home helped bring in record number of people to view my home.

My husband and I are first generation, first time home buyers so you can imagine the stress and uncertainty in navigating the housing market. Kudos to Paul and his team. We had a unique house--a 125 year- old Victorian in Pasadena--that many of my fiends said we'd have a difficult time selling. Paul received 4 offers after the first open house and closed the sale on time in the midst of a pandemic. What more can anyone ask for?

Five stars are really not enough. I'd give Paul 10 stars if I could. Paul helped my family sell/buy our houses this year. He went above and beyond our highest expectations. He tailored his approach to exceed our needs. In fact, he sold our house for a record high selling price for the tract. On the house buying front, his market research and fair market value assessments are very detailed and well supported. He is always responsive to our emails, texts, and phone calls.
