Fantastic work. The front door was a little confusing to find but the staff at the shipping store in the same building were kind and happy to redirect me.
Bad Apple called me back immediately after opening after I left a message after business hours yesterday requesting repair of my phone screen. We got the repair scheduled the same day and it was done within an hour of being dropped off. They even offered to install a new battery in my iPhone for a reduced price and installed a new home button for free! My iPhone is in good shape and can definitely be used for a good while longer thanks to their

I took my iPhone in to get unlocked since my boyfriend forgot the password and it got disabled. The guy said he could have it done by 4 when they closed, if not by the next morning. So I waited till the end of yhe next day and no phone call so I went to get it and he said it wasn't ready because there was some problems. Understandable but someone could of called and update us. I waited till next week and still no phone call so I called and they said it's been ready for a couple days. THANKS FOR CALLING. But that wasn't too bad. The reason I'm leaving 1 star was because they did NOT mention everything

We thought our iPad Pro had a broken display and screen. We found out the tempered glass protector was damaged not the display or screen. A new protector was installed without any additional charges other than the protector. These guys are honest (I stress honest) professional and polite. I would recommend this business to all with apple product needs.

I brought my girl’s phone that’s not working. Leo did a diagnostic test and figured out the problem in an hour. I wouldn’t trust anyone with my phone except for this guy. Very honest and professional. He doesn’t even charge for the diagnostics. Super happy customer. If I’ll have my phone repair I’ll come to this place.

This place is absolutely amazing! Quick and inexpensive!
After my daughters iPad screen shattered I checked with Best Buy and they wanted almost $300 to send it to Apple for “repairs” (they would have just sent back a refurbished iPad).
I found Bad Apple Repairs and for less than half of that price they replaced the screen and added a glass screen protector. It didn’t even take a full business day! The staff was very kind and informative as well. Highly recommended!!
