I called this morning for an emergency visit due to severe molar pain over the weekend. I was scheduled in the afternoon and coached about the potential cots. When I arrived, I was immediately placed in a chair and prepped for an examination. Dr Bartruff came in carried out the examination and proposed to me that the molar should be removed, for several reasons. I agreed and was immediately prepped and the removal was done in minutes. They walked me thru the care and called in for my scripts and cheerfully sent on my way.
I am so grateful that the staff got me scheduled in and for the Dr seeing

My experiences with Dr Bartruff and staff have been excellent. I recently had a very involved procedure and due to the skill and knowledge of Dr Bartruff and staff, it was a breeze. Yes I was uncomfortable for a few weeks afterward but following their directions there was no pain. Best of the best!!

I am one of those people that has a high level of anxiety when I walk into a dental office, even for a cleaning. Every staff member I came in contact with was so nice and understanding about my fears. They even have hot blankets! The receptionist was so kind and went above and beyond to help find the most affordable pharmacy to fill the RX. She even printed out the coupons. Can't say enough about the professional and caring treatment I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety or suffers from panic attacks at the mere thought of going to the dentist!

My advice is to check on others before you have to go to this one. He accidentally broke a perfectly healthy tooth when extracting the one that was necessary and he was going to work with me on the charges if it wouldn't have healed by itself (thankfully it did!). His staff responsible for filing charges with your insurance, is very unorganized and 'forgets' a lot to get you some of your money back! I ended up losing around $700 because it ended up being too late filing with my insurance company! After all this, I still needed another Implant, and the dentist made no offer of any type of incentive

How can I say "loved it"? I did and still do. Nobody likes to have periodontics work done! It's costly and in my case, requires numerous visits for the procedure. Dr. Bartruff has such a nice gift for putting me at ease with his sense of humor that now I actually look forward to my visits. Dr. Bartruff knows his craft well and performs it with a high level of care and professionalism. Yes, I would recommend him to anyone in need of great periodontics care.
