Crowell Pools and Spas is also a family business in which daughter Tracy and son Chip oversee the daily operations, installations and service.

I'm not their biggest customer by far, but Crowell Pools has been a great partner in my backyard inground pool adventure since 2011. My calls are returned when I have questions, they come to my house when they say they are coming. They are so dependable. Would have to also say they have been extraordinarily patient with me as a novice pool owner. Plus, Tracy and her crew are just good people.

We have used Crowell Pools for many years. At first we purchased a hot tub through them almost 20 years ago. When it came time for an upgrade we went with Crowell again. Then a couple of years ago we bought our dream house and had Crowell put in our dream pool. We have been doing business with Crowells for 16 years. They are wonderful to deal with. We have them test our water bi weekly all summer long and buy all of our chemicals from them. They have always been super friendly and helpful. We have them open and close our pool each year and they do a great job. Anytime I call with any question or issue they are quick to come out or take my phone call. I had a pool vacuum emergency the day before a party one time and they even stayed open late for me to come by the shop to get a replacement. I like doing business with a local family based business.
