We pride ourselves in being a Restoratively Focused Periodontal Practice. As you may know, we are very exact in treating your patients along your referral and restorative guidelines. Many times close coordination is needed to achieve the best over-all outcome with patients. This is especially true in implant case planning where we begin with your restorative ends in mind.
Every patient is unique, and we are committed to providing you with high quality, state-of-the-art periodontal and implant care based on your individual needs. Above all else, we want to make your visit to our office a pleasant experience. Be sure to list all medications with dosages and any natural supplements, attaching an extra sheet of paper if necessary.
We feel patient education is very important and recognize that the best treatment option differs from one individual to the next. Our goal is that you are completely informed concerning your condition, your options for treatment, and any treatment to be performed. We encourage you to voice any questions you may have.
Please remember to bring your dental insurance card with you on your first visit. We will file all the necessary paperwork to your insurance company, so you can receive the maximum reimbursement possible. You are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.

I'm almost shocked--Dr. Carazola has no reviews? He should. Both Dr. Carazola and his staff were wonderful to me when I saw them for a bone graft (October 2012) and a gum tissue graft (June 2013).
Apparently Dr. Carazola and his staff are pretty well known and respected, because I live several stares away and met someone here who had also driven pretty far on referral to be treated by Dr, Carazola.
Unfortunately for me, when I had my grafts done, I was still a smoker (I know... don't do like me). I need to redo both grafts but it is my own fault.
Everything was very professional
