Before we begin the embroidery process you'll first need a design. We have stock designs and letter fonts that can be put together to come up with a design if you don't have a design. Follow these 3 rules to make sure your design embroiders correctly. When your desired products are in your cart just proceed to checkout and complete the purchasing process.
You will be sent a copy of the "sewout" for approval. Once we receive your approval we will schedule your garments for production and notify you of the ship date. Once the embroidery is complete the garments will be sent out to the corresponding shipping address. Let us know If you need the garments for an event so we can make every effort to make your event date, expediting charges and/or special shipping charges may occur.

Went to ECI for embroidered towels for our High School swim team. Found them to be an exceptional company to deal with. They were able to provide a quality product on an extremely tight schedule. Couldn't be happier with results and the kids loved them. Wouldn't hesitate to use these folks in the future and will no doubt call them first.
