For each installment, D Magazine asks all Dallas Fort Worth area members of the Financial Planning Association "which financial planner would you send your close family member or friend to?" Financial Planners that receive votes from outside of their own firm are counted more than those received from within a nominee's firm.
I'm a Certified Financial Planner professional in Frisco, Texas. I've been advising individuals on financial planning issues for more than twenty-five years. I began my career as an actuary and benefits consultant with a global firm of consultants and financial planners in Dallas, Texas. There, I advised Fortune 500 executives on qualified plans, deferred compensation, stock options and investments.
The Bible has more to say about money, possessions, and stewardship than almost any other topic (over 2,350 verses). Psalm 24:1 - "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.". Luke 16:11 - "So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?".
My services are most cost-effective for families with household incomes of $250,000 or more and/or investable financial assets (including company retirement plans) of $1 million or more. You can either delegate the investment portfolio management to me or you can self-implement my advice at the brokerage firm of your choice.
