Decided on Generations due to previous reviews. At this point I have no idea where they came from, maybe family.
Ordered Ostomy supplies two weeks ago. When I checked one week later I was told Dr. had not signed order. Went to his office he had signed and faxed back day he got them. Following trip to Dr. Asked when I could expect bags. Told after Medicare approved and provided financial info. Asked why not seek approval while awaiting Dr? Told policy is to await Dr. Approval. Today, one week later was told no Medicare approval yet. I have set in Dr. Office or Procedure Office and watched nurse
