Dr. Rhodie is the owner and founder of New Day Behavioral Health Center. She received her Doctorate in Psychology, with emphasis in the area of Clinical Psychology, from The Pennsylvania State University, and completed her clinical internship at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. She has an extensive history of providing psychological and counseling services to the families and residents of Cumberland and surrounding counties.
