Pediatric Home Service is an integrated service provider for your medically complex child. And we're here to support your child with comprehensive clinical and support services so he or she can live as fully as possible at home with you, rather than in the hospital. While our specialty is kids, we also provide integrated services and support to many adult patients, helping them succeed in their communities.
PHS was the one constant in our lives. Kevin was so sick and fragile. Doctors said if he required hospitalization, he was at risk of infection, and they might not be able to save him. Time and time again, PHS helped us keep Kevin home, safe, and alive. He is a gift we've been able to keep because of what PHS gave us.

Nurse Katie consistently displays excellence in practice, is caring, thoughtful, communicative and top notch as an IV Home Care Nurse. They don’t get any better than her! PHS & as a whole is excellent in ALL services/supplies offered and its AWESOME having a one stop shop for Special Needs-Medically Complex Children from medical supplies to services. Having to call only one company makes life so much easier and everyone is always pleasant.

Jennifer and Amy(?) were very nice!! They made learning about the oxygen, apnea monitors and feeding pumps very easy and put me at ease. They were patient and answered all of my questions. They were quick to inform me of all ways to get a hold of them, should I have questions about anything. They delivered everything I needed to the hospital. They even helped me move all of the equipment to my temporary lodging. Thanks for making this difficult time easier for our family 💜💜💜

We love PHS! Was using 2 different medical supply stores when my son was having a gtube put in at Children's over Easter weekend. To our surprise, a nurse from PHS came to visit with a bunch of supplies for us. She showed us how to take care of/use everything at home, and also got our monthly rx's set up and approved. So the hospital must call and set that up with PHS, because we never thought about buying/ordering med supplies for the gtube, before the procedure! Honestly, I don't know what I would've done without them! It's pretty intimidating to take your child home not knowing really anything

My 15 year old has an Illyostomy and learning the bag changes-and just dealing with this new situation in general was hard! Having even just the couple home visits with Tiffany was great! She answered all our questions, helped get our supplies and future orders figured out, and was not only knowledgeable but just a great, upbeat, positive person. Super important for my son during this tough time. Thank you Tiffany and PHS- Highly recommended!

I was trying to get my daughter to bed and suddenly her feeding pump stopped working. I called PHS and in less than an hour I had a new functional pump. Brian gave me an estimated delivery time and arrived within minutes of his estimate. I know that every situation is unique when it comes to my daughter's complex medical needs, but I also know that PHS always strives to be a great partner in her care.

Jennifer is nothing short of amazing! She always answers any questions we have and is very knowledgeable. Not only is she a great resource, she is a fantastic advocate and will make sure we have all the resources we need. I am beyond grateful she is my client’s RT and that I get to work with her to provide the best care for my client.
