I am extremely happy with Pleasant Ridge Manor. I previously had my mother here over 30 years ago for 9 years and when my wife needed care, I wanted her here because I knew she would get excellent care too. The food is delightful and the best part is I can eat lunch every day with my wife if I like to.
Our therapeutic activities program offers multiple and ongoing recreational opportunities built upon each resident's preferences and abilities. Past leisure interests are explored and new experiences are introduced. Therapeutic activities are offered in a manner that provides our residents with a sense of belonging and accomplishment.
At Pleasant Ridge Manor, each resident's plan of care is overseen by an attending physician. Additionally, residents may be seen as needed by specialty physicians on site, eliminating the need to wait in doctors' offices. These long-term care specialists see their patients in the privacy of their own room or in our comfortable clinic.

And you just don't know who your loved one will get. I'm also seeing that because the patients are in such vulnerable states, their negative experiences are frequently dismissed because they're not in a position to be believed when it becomes their

My friends mother suffered horrible abuse here. The nurses hit her and starved her. She was just recently taken out of the home and examined by a doctor at the hospital. The doctor found bruises all over her body, after bloodwork they found severe malnutrition and evidence that she had been drugged. This place is criminal. Do not trust them with your loved ones. The staff are dangerous elder abusers.
